Center For Student Organization and Leadership
Working as the Lead Graphic Designer for the CSOL office at WSU I oversaw a team to aid and abide in creating digital media for all registered student organizations and clubs. This ranged from tuition-funded clubs such as the Student Entertainment Board and Sports Clubs, to student-funded organizations such as the Chess Club.
We would receive a design request from the clubs, either in person or via online. I would delegate work, oversee design standards, resolve customer conflict, as well create designs myself. Our main output was posters and digital media; but we also worked on t-shirts, stickers, banners, tablecloth fittings, pamphlets, and jerseys.
